Which file formats do you accept?

  • For Tolerances: If your project includes critical dimensions, threaded holes, or specific surface roughness requirements, please attach a PDF technical drawing.
  • Recommended Formats: .STEP, .STP, .X_T (Parasolid), .IGES.
  • For 3D Printing Only: .STL or .3MF formats are sufficient.

What are your 3D printing tolerances?

  • Industrial 3D Printing (SLA/SLS/MJF): Generally ±0.2 mm (Can reach as high as ±0.1 mm depending on part geometry and dimensions).
  • FDM: ±0.5 mm (General tolerance). For tight tolerance requirements, please consult our engineers during the quoting stage.
