Is shipping insured?
Yes, all our shipments are insured against damage and loss during transit.
Do you offer partial shipments?
For multi-part projects, we can ship urgent parts first and the remainder upon completion (Partial Shipment).
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We offer same-day delivery via private courier (Moto Courier) for the Istanbul and Kocaeli regions. Please confirm before ordering.
How is packaging handled?
Parts are packed securely using bubble wrap, foam, and sturdy boxes to withstand impact and environmental factors during transit.
Can I track my order?
Your tracking number is sent via SMS and email as soon as your package ships. You can also track the status via our website panel.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with proper packaging and documentation for customs.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. You can pick up your orders from our manufacturing facility in Kocaeli/Darıca by appointment during business hours.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders above a certain value. Below that threshold, shipping costs are calculated by the system based on package weight/volume.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use reliable domestic carriers within Turkey, and DHL, UPS, or FedEx for international shipments.
When will my order ship?
Standard prototypes typically ship within 2-4 business days. Express service can reduce this to 24 hours. Lead times for large volume orders are specified in the quote.
